SHIPPING POLICY

Joker Greeting offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Canada and the United States. Optional expedited shipping is also available for eligible orders, with the applicable charge displayed at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Orders placed during periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
The following estimates represent the total expected time from the date the order is placed:
Canada:
- Free standard shipping: approximately 6 to 12 business days
- Expedited shipping: approximately 4 to 5 business days
United States:
- Free standard shipping: approximately 7 to 11 business days
- Expedited shipping: approximately 5 to 6 business days
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
TRACKING
Free standard shipping may be sent by regular mail without tracking. When tracking is available, the tracking information will be provided to the customer after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to countries outside Canada and the United States may be available. International shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Joker Greeting does not control these charges.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If an order has not arrived within the applicable estimated delivery period, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist you.
