TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of JokerGreeting.ca and any purchase made through this website. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

JokerGreeting.ca is operated by Richard Lemoyne, a sole proprietor based in Lévis, Quebec, Canada, and the exclusive Canadian distributor of authentic Joker Greeting products.

  1. PRODUCTS

JokerGreeting.ca sells authentic Joker Greeting prank cards, glitter traps, hide-and-prank products, and related merchandise sourced directly from Joker Greeting.

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. Product colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen, production updates, or changes made by the manufacturer.

Some products contain glitter, produce sounds for extended periods, or are specifically designed as prank products. Customers are responsible for reading the product description and using the products responsibly, safely, and lawfully.

  1. PRICES AND CURRENCIES

Prices are displayed in the currency associated with the country or region selected on the website. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been completed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the total cost of the order are displayed before the customer completes checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information when placing an order.

Payment is required at checkout using one of the payment methods displayed on the website. After an order is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

If there is a problem with an order, we will contact the customer using the information provided. All orders are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

JokerGreeting.ca offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within Canada and the United States.

Orders are normally processed within one to two business days and typically arrive within five to ten business days, depending on the destination and carrier. These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Standard mail shipments may not include tracking. International shipping outside Canada and the United States is available to selected destinations, and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy published on JokerGreeting.ca.

Customers who wish to return an item, report a defective or incorrect product, or request the cancellation of an order should contact us as soon as possible at richard@vipmp.ca.

An order that has already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or legal warranties available to consumers under applicable law.

  1. SHIP JOKER SERVICE

Ship Joker is an optional service through which JokerGreeting.ca writes a customer-provided message inside a prank card and ships it directly to the recipient.

The customer must purchase an eligible card and add the Ship Joker service to the same order. The customer is responsible for providing the exact message and the correct recipient address.

Customers must not submit messages containing threats, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or information that infringes the rights of another person. We reserve the right to refuse an inappropriate message in accordance with applicable law.

Shipments are anonymous unless the customer includes their name or other identifying information in the message.

  1. RESPONSIBLE USE

JokerGreeting.ca products are intended for lawful entertainment and novelty purposes.

Products must not be used to threaten, harass, intimidate, injure, or unlawfully target another person. Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate recipient and using the products in a safe and responsible manner.

Children should use products containing batteries, electronic components, small parts, or glitter only with appropriate adult supervision.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Joker Greeting trademarks, product names, logos, images, and designs remain the property of their respective owners.

Content created specifically for JokerGreeting.ca, including original text and website materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Nothing on this website transfers ownership of any trademark, copyright, design, or other intellectual property belonging to Joker Greeting or another rights holder.

  1. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through JokerGreeting.ca is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any personal information they provide about a recipient, including the recipient’s name and shipping address, is accurate and provided for a lawful purpose.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

JokerGreeting.ca uses third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers, to operate the website, process payments, and deliver orders.

These providers may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. JokerGreeting.ca is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, subject to any rights available under applicable law.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JokerGreeting.ca is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper, unsafe, or unlawful use of its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, nor does it limit the legal warranties or mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.

Customers may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights in their province, state, country, or territory. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict those rights.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our operations, policies, products, or legal obligations. The current version will be published on JokerGreeting.ca with its most recent revision date.

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to an order that was completed before the changes took effect, except where required by law.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
